Exchange Policy

We want you to find the perfect fit or color, so we gladly offer exchanges under certain conditions.

• Eligibility for Exchange Exchanges are allowed under the following circumstances:

  • The product must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact).
  • The exchange is limited to the same product in a different size or color. You cannot exchange one product for a completely different product, as that would be considered a return and separate purchase.

• How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Raise a Ticket: Similar to the return process, you must raise an exchange request via our support system or by contacting customer service. Clearly indicate that you want an exchange, specifying the new size or color you would like.

  2. Confirm Availability: Our team will confirm if the requested size or color is available. If it is not available, we will offer you the option to keep the original item or return it for a refund.

  3. Receive a Prepaid Label: As with returns, Ukreto will provide a prepaid shipping label for sending back the original item. Once we receive the item, we will ship out the replacement.

  Shipping for Exchanges Shipping costs for both returning the original item and sending the replacement are fully covered by Ukreto, so you won’t have to bear any additional shipping fees. Exchange Timeline Once we receive the item being exchanged, the new size or color will be shipped within 7-10 business days, provided it is in stock. We will notify you once your exchange item has been shipped.

• Processing Time Overview From the moment you initiate a return or exchange to the point where the refund is credited or the replacement is shipped, the entire process generally takes 10-14 business days. This includes the time for shipping, inspection, and processing.

• Non-Eligible Returns Items that do not meet the return criteria (such as worn, washed, or missing tags) will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you at your expense.
